A custom, guided forest bathing walk for you and some one special. You’ll get the same benefits of a 1:1 walk with the added benefit of sharing and connecting with a friend or partner. Change up date night or your regular meet up and spend some focused time together in the forest.
Small Group Forest Bathing
Along with offering monthly group classes for sign up, we can also provide a forest bathing walk personalized for your small group (8 people max). You’ll get the same benefits of a 1:1 walk with the added benefit of sharing and connecting with a close knit group. Forest bathing can be a special bonding experience for family, friends or colleagues — providing inspiration and boosting creativity.

Forest Camp for Girls
This boutique day camp for girls ages 7 - 10 focuses on friendship and confidence building along with fostering a deeper connection to nature. Sessions are hosted on Signal Mountain, and limited to 8 girls who spend their days outside, tuning in to the plants and animals all around, playing games, getting creative and discovering lots of new things about the forest and each other.
